Announcement of upcoming events

Save America— Vote REPUBLICAN.

Early Voting continues through July 31st.
Monday through Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm.

Early voting stations:

The Election Commission Office
Bradley Square Mall in the Community Room (just off the Food Court, near restrooms.)
Blythe-Bower School on 20th Street (inside small gymnasium – signs will be posted)

You may vote at any of the above locations during the early voting period. Be sure to bring your voter registration card with you, or another form of identification, such as your drivers license.

If you don’t make the early voting dates, election day is Thursday, Aug 5th, 2010 at your normal voting location. All Polling locations will be open 8am-8pm.

If you have any questions about where to vote please contact the Election Commission Office at 728-7115.

Bradley County GOP Meeting:
Tuesday, July 27th, 7:00 pm.
County Commission Room, Bradley County Courthouse.

The Jim Ruth for Sheriff campaign is having a rally tomorrow night Thursday July 22, at Ocoee Middle School from 6:00-8:00 PM. Bring your family and friends to show your support for our Republican Nominee for Sheriff! Tickets for $10 each & children are free. It will be a good time to speak to Jim about any questions/concerns you may have.

All events will be posted on the GOP Website and e-mails will be sent to the membership no more than once a week. All submissions must be received by noon on each Monday. LiberTEA Debate for 3rd Congressional District

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (Feb. 27) – The Chattanooga Tea Party and Campaign for Liberty held the LiberTea Debate of the six announced Republican candidates for Tennessee’s 3rd Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives Saturday, February 27, 2010, from 2-5 p.m. at Woodland Park Baptist Church. The debate was be free and open to the public.

3 Gubernatorial Candidates visit Bradley County!

As we all know, we are blessed to live in the most Republican county in the State of Tennessee. In the next few weeks, we will have several gubernatorial candidates visit our area. All of these events are sponsored by the individual candidates. We encourage you to attend as many of these meetings as possible. Please take time to get to know these gentlemen. One of them might be our next Governor!

Zach Wamp will bring his “20/20 Vision Tour” to Cleveland tomorrow morning. All voters of Bradley County are invited to join him for the dutch treat breakfast event. He will be available to the public and media for questions during the event.

Bill Gibbons will host a meet-and-greet next Monday morning. Mr. Gibbons will begin speaking and answering questions around 7:45. Everyone is welcome. The meeting will be casual so it is perfectly acceptable to stay as long as your schedule will permit.

The guest speaker will be Bill Haslam, current Mayor of Knoxville and gubernatorial candidate. DQ Grill and Chill will be hosting “Miracle Treat Day” this Thursday, August 13. All proceeds will go to St. Judes Children’s Hospital. Please stop by and support a local business and a great cause.

National Tea Party Protest
On September 12, 2009, local tea parties from across the nation will be converging upon our nation’s capital for a united national protest. The Chattanooga Tea Party is organizing a bus to DC to take party in the protest. They have asked us to pass this information along to anyone in Bradley County that might want to attend.

Depart: Thursday, September 10, evening
Arrive: Friday AM, Balance of day free day, sightseeing, possibly meeting with elected officials
Saturday: Official March day
Sunday: Return early morning to Chattanooga, arrive early evening.

Cost:
Bus: $120 (non-refundable – must be paid at time of reservation)
Hotel: $187.44 per room for two nights (up to 4 people per room)
Meals: Each person is responsible for their own meals.
